Apatheia Labs · Policy

Privacy policy.

This is a publication. Reading it requires no account and no payment. There is no email list and no signup form. Collection is limited to what keeps the site working.

Reading the site. No account is created and no advertising or cross-site tracking pixels are used. Aggregate, privacy-respecting traffic and performance measurement (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) is used to understand which writing is read and to keep pages fast. It does not build an advertising profile of you.

Following new writing. New pieces are announced only via the public RSS feed at /feed.xml. That feed is fetched by your reader; Apatheia Labs does not collect an email address to deliver it.

Error monitoring. When a page fails, technical diagnostics about that failure (error details and the surrounding technical context needed to reproduce it) are sent to an error-monitoring service (Sentry) so the fault can be fixed. Default personally identifiable information is not collected. This is used for reliability, not for profiling.

The research itself. Source material behind the published work is read and analysed in a private local environment. It does not pass through this website, is not uploaded, and is not collected here.

Questions. Email contact@apatheialabs.com.

Jurisdiction. United Kingdom. UK GDPR applies to personal data of UK residents; equivalent jurisdictional protections are honoured for residents elsewhere. The data controller is Apatheia Labs.
