What the record shows
Judge William Sullivan dismissed jurors shortly before 4:00 PM Friday. He stated it had "been a long day for everybody." Deliberations resume Monday 31 August at 9:00 AM. No verdict. Court did not sit Saturday or Sunday.12

Press reported the jury asked to see prescription pill bottles and the knife from the 24 January 2023 suicide attempt. Defense attorney Kevin Reddington told reporters the jurors asked to see the pill bottles and knife. These items were sent to the jury room. The Associated Press independently reported the jury asked to look at a knife used to cut herself and bags with empty prescription pill bottles.12
No verdict. The jury may return guilty of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, manslaughter, or not guilty by lack of criminal responsibility.1
