What the record shows
Judge William Sullivan presided. The large majority of testimony on Monday 10 August was from psychiatrist Dr. Jennifer Tufts. The cross-examination of Tufts was the first information that the jury heard during the third week of testimony at Plymouth Superior Court.1
Tufts, who worked for South Shore Health, began testifying on Friday 7 August. She and other psychiatrists are named defendants in two separate civil suits filed by Lindsay Clancy and her husband Patrick.1
